When my order will be shipped?
We will process the order within 1-3 business days after payment (excludes weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
*Please note that during major online sales events, we may take an extra day or two to prepare your order.
How long does shipping take?
In most cases, your package will arrive within 7-14+ business days.
*Please note that these delivery timeframes are an estimate only, delivery times may vary due to high order volumes and during peak periods, we strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Please be careful to check all shipping information before an order is placed, as orders are processed quickly and changes are unable to be made once they've been received and accepted. This also includes changing styles, colours and/or sizes.
We may be able to change/cancel your order prior to dispatch, but we cannot guarantee this. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt and we cannot cancel your order or make changes to your address after this time.

What happens if my package is delayed?
We understand how important timely delivery is, and we truly appreciate your patience.
Before reaching out to support, verify the current tracking status. Sometimes "Out for Delivery" can be pushed back to the next business day due to weather, traffic, or high volume.
*Pending: The carrier has the package but it hasn't moved yet.
*In Transit: It's on its way but delayed at a hub.
If there is no tracking update for an extended period, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the courier and provide a suitable solution based on the carrier’s final status.
Please note that delayed deliveries caused by external factors are not considered lost packages.
What happens if my order is returned to the sender?
Please ensure that your delivery information is accurate when placing your order.
If the local postal service or courier attempts delivery and is unsuccessful, please be sure to collect your package from the specified post office, pickup point, or schedule redelivery within the carrier’s nominated time frame.
If your orders are returned to us as you have provided incorrect information or did not collect your package before it was returned, you may be charged a fee to have it shipped out again.
How long after completing a purchase can I request a refund?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if you change your mind.
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Used items are not eligible for return or refund.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Do you offer warranty for your products?
All our products are subject to quality control.
We provides a 120 days limited warranty, that covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by the pets that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects. Please notify ASAP of noticing any defects.
What is considered a manufacturing defect?
The following variables are considered manufacturing defects and covered by our warranty policy:
- Split or unstitched seams
- Broken or faulty zippers
- Sharp or exposed internal materials
- Missing or incorrectly assembled components
The above variables will not be considered warranty defects if the products have been used for a period of time resulting in the issue.
What is not covered:
- Rips, tears, cuts, holes
- Stains, fading, discolouration, colour bleeding
- Fabric pilling or fabric abrasion
- Melted zippers or fabric
- Shrinkage due to incorrect care instructions
- Damage caused by improper cleaning
- Damage caused by improper over-drying
- Odor caused by material
- Damage from chewing, scratching, or rough pet use
- Temporary uneven filling caused by vacuum-packed shipping
Inspaws has the authority to determine that if the cost of the repair exceeds a reasonable amount a replacement product will be issued in lieu of a repair.
